Cookies and Tracking Notice
What we store on your device, why, and how to change your choice.
1. Necessary cookies
These keep the site working: your language choice, your consent choice and the state of forms you are filling in. They cannot be switched off.
2. Authentication cookies
These keep you signed in between pages and visits until you sign out.
3. Security cookies
These protect against abuse, help detect suspicious sign-ins and support our security logs, which are kept for 12 months.
4. Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 only if you accept analytics cookies in the banner. IP addresses are anonymised and analytics data is kept for 14 months.
5. No advertising cookies
We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies, and we do not sell data to advertisers.
6. Third-party cookies
Some pages rely on third parties that may set their own cookies: Stripe for payments, Google for sign-in and translation. They are used to make those features work.
7. Google Analytics details
Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, approximate location from an anonymised IP address, device type and events such as starting a booking. It is loaded only after consent, using Consent Mode.
8. Meta Pixel
GoBro does not use the Meta Pixel.
9. Your preferences
You can accept or refuse analytics cookies in the banner, and change your mind at any time from the cookie link in the footer.
10. Browser controls
Your browser can also block or delete cookies. The steps differ by browser and are in its help pages.
11. Impact of refusing
Refusing analytics cookies changes nothing about how the site works for you. Blocking necessary or authentication cookies will stop you from signing in or booking.
12. Record of consent
We store your consent choice so we do not ask again on every visit. It is stored on your device, not linked to marketing profiles.
13. Changes
If we add or remove a tool, we update this notice and, where consent is required, ask you again.
14. Contact
privacy@gobro.com.au for questions about cookies and tracking.
15. Date
This version applies from 5 September 2026.
